AN ACT

To amend chapter 306, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to outboard motors.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 306, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 306.532, to read as follows:

            306.532. The certificate of title for a new outboard motor shall designate the year the outboard motor was manufactured as the "Year Manufactured" and shall further designate the year the dealer received the new outboard motor from the manufacturer as the "Model Year-NEW".
