HB 1365 -- Missouri Development Finance Board

This bill prohibits the Missouri Development Finance Board from
granting tax credits or loan guarantees to professional athletic
teams or sports authorities.  Prior to issuing tax credits or
loan guarantees to other entities, a concurrent resolution must
be approved by the General Assembly during the first 30 calendar
days of the regular session.
