HB 2019 -- Student Representative for Ozarks Technical Community
College Board

This bill permits the students of Ozarks Technical Community
College to elect a student representative to the board of
trustees, with the right to vote, for a term of one year.  The
student representative must be a full-time student who is a
resident of Missouri and is enrolled when elected.  The student
must have paid all required fees and tuition before election and
during his or her term of office.  If the position becomes
vacant, the president of the board of trustees will appoint a
qualified replacement who will serve until a successor is
elected.
