HB 1226 -- Hospital Rape Kits

Co-Sponsors:  Monaco, Kreider, Jolly

Subject to appropriations, this bill requires the Department of
Health and Senior Services, upon request, to provide licensed
hospitals with rape kits and similar collection material to aid
in the identification of rape suspects.
