HB 1161 -- Enticement of a Child

Co-Sponsors:  Reinhart, Hoppe

This bill creates the crime of enticement of a child.  Enticement
of a child is defined as persuading or attempting to persuade a
child under the age of 14 into a vehicle, building, structure,
alley, or place where the child is concealed from public view for
the purpose of engaging in lewd, illicit, or criminal conduct
with the child.  Enticing a child is a class D felony.
