Biography
Rep. Aaron Griesheimer, a Republican, represents parts of Franklin, Gasconade and Osage counties (District 61) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2018.
Prior to his legislative service, Griesheimer was employed as the Director of Client Relations at Steamboat Financial Group. He also worked for seven years as the Assistant Director of Government Relations at SITE Improvement Association.
Griesheimer has been a member of the Washington Lions Club for 12 years and was recently elected treasurer. He also serves as an elder at New Life Church.
A 2002 graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, Griesheimer went on to earn his Associate of Arts from East Central College. He then attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated with a degree in political science.
A lifelong resident of Washington, Griesheimer still resides there with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Dayton and Tucker. Griesheimer’s father, John Griesheimer, served as a state representative for 10 years and as a state senator for 8 years.
