REP. JAMES P. O' TOOLE
Rep. James P. O'Toole, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis
City and Shrewsbury (District 68) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
He is a member of the State Records Commission.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. O'Toole is a small
business owner. He is a member of the National Conference of
State Legislatures.
Rep. O' Toole is a 1976 graduate of Cleveland High School, attended
Western Illinois University and graduated from the University
of Missouri - St. Louis. He also served as a lieutenant in the
sheriff's department for twelve years in the City of St. Louis
as a supervisor in the Service Department.
Born April 2, 1958, in St. Louis, Rep. O' Toole resides in St.
Louis with his wife, Ronda, and children, Alexandra,Timothy and
Katherine.
