Rep. Marsha Campbell's Bio
REP. MARSHA CAMPBELL
Rep. Marsha Campbell, a Democrat, represents part of Jackson County
(District 39) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Prior to her legislative duties, Rep. Campbell worked as a government
relations consultant, as manager of administration for Jackson
County, for Hallmark Cards and as a buyer for Macy=s
department store.
She is on the board of directors for the CORO foundation, is a
member of the Kansas City Sports Commission, the University of
Missouri-Columbia Business and Public Administration National
Alumni Board and the Country Club Methodist Church. Additionally,
she is the former president of the WDAF-TV Love Fund and the Missouri
Association for Social Welfare. She also served on the board
of directors for Spofford Home, Crittenton, United Cerebral Palsy
Association, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ward Estates Neighborhood
Association, Armour Fields Neighborhood Association, Geriatric
Resources Corporation and Citizens for Missouri Children.
A 1964 graduate of Webster Groves High School, Rep. Campbell
received a bachelor of science in business and public administration
in 1969 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is currently
working toward her master=s
degree in political science at the University of Missouri-Kansas
City.
Born February 13, 1946, in Princeton, New Jersey, Rep. Campbell
currently resides in Kansas City with her husband, Jack.
