AN ACT
To amend chapter 10, RSMo, relating to state emblems by adding thereto one new section
relating to the same subject.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as
section 10.160, to read as follows:
10.160. The woodchuck, scientifically designated as Marmota monax, is hereby selected
for, and shall be known as, the official marmot for the state of Missouri.
