HJR 47 -- Recall of Public Officials

This proposed constitutional amendment subjects any elected
public official to a recall election if at least 25% of the
number of registered voters who voted at the election in which
the public official was elected sign a recall petition.  The
public official is removed from office if a majority of voters
vote for removal at the recall election.
