HB 1888 -- Pharmacy

Sponsor:  Stoll

This bill holds all pharmacies responsible for compliance with
all state and federal laws relating to controlled substances and
the practice of pharmacy.

The bill also exempts from licensure as a drug distributor
locations which receive drugs on a consignment basis only.
