HB 1042 -- Disclosure of Social Security Number

This bill prohibits state entities from disclosing any social
security number unless allowed by the individual holding such
number or by state law, federal law, or regulation.  The number
may be used by a state entity in the performance of its
statutory or constitutional duties.
