Rep. Dana Murray's Bio
REP. DANA L. MURRAY
Rep. Dana L Murray, a Democrat, represents part of North St. Louis
County (District 69) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
She has been appointed to the Missouri Women's Council and is
House Majority Freshman Caucus President.
Rep. Murray attended the Wellston School District and is a graduate
of Normandy High School. Before being elected as a state representative,
Rep. Murray was employed by the Special School District as a school
bus driver.
Rep. Murray is a member of the following: her local Democratic
organization, Ferguson Democratic Club, Spanish Lake Democratic
Club and St. Ferdinand Democratic Club. She also works on community
projects such as Neighborhood Watch and the Ferguson Community
Non-Conflict Resolution Program. She is a member of the National
Organization of Women Legislators, Women Legislators of Missouri
and North County Exposure. She is a member of Corpus Christi Church.
Born January 18, 1946, in Harrisburg, IL, Rep. Murray resides
in Jennings with her husband Dennis. They have four children:
Timothy, Kevin, Dennis and Sean. Timothy is married to Shea (Mason)
and they have a daughter, Victoria Leigh. Another welcome new
member into the family will be added April 27, 1996, with the
marriage of their son Kevin to Veronica Pendino.
