INTRODUCED

HB 809 -- State Employees' Retirement System

Sponsor:  Broach

Retired members of the Missouri State Employees' Retirement
System with military service who have not purchased credit for
such service are made special consultants.  Their compensation
includes the purchase of credit for military service and the
recalculation of retirements benefits reflecting the purchase.
