HB 718 -- Child Care

This bill requires the Department of Health to establish and
maintain a "Child Care Alert System" that provides the public
with information about potential child care providers.  The
system is required to include any report on the child abuse or
neglect registry and any suspension or revocation of a foster
care license.  All executive departments and elected officials
are required to cooperate with the Department of Health in
transferring any relevant child care information.
