HB 298 -- Raffles

Sponsor: Ostmann

This bill legalizes certain types of raffles in Missouri. Only
tax exempt organizations which qualify under federal law,
political parties, political candidate committees, any person
who has filed as a candidate for public office, or any group
formed for a one-time charitable purpose may conduct a raffle,
if the proceeds are used for each entity's purpose.
