HB 165 -- Special License Plates

This bill establishes an advisory commission of the Department
of Revenue solely to develop guidelines for the issuance of
motor vehicle specialized license plates.  This committee will
adopt the guidelines to be used by the Director of Revenue when
establishing a special plate.

This committee will be dissolved upon completion of its duties
or no later than July 1, 1999.
