AN ACT

To amend chapter 313, RSMo, relating to excursion boat gambling by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 313, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 313.841, to read as follows:

313.841. 1. It shall be unlawful for any excursion gambling boat to have or provide either check cashing services or an automated teller machine aboard such excursion gambling boat or in the dockside facility for such excursion gambling boat.

2. No check cashing service or automated teller machine may be located on any premises either owned or leased by a company engaged in the business of excursion boat gambling.
