HB 915 -- Political Activity

This bill removes the prohibition against a merit system state
employee being a member of any national, state, or local
committee of a political party, an officer of a partisan
political club, or taking part in the management or affairs of
any political party or in any partisan political campaign.  The
bill also allows merit system employees to hold certain part-
time partisan public office positions.
