HB 1646 -- Peace Officers Training

The bill provides for training reciprocity on an hour to hour
basis for any peace officer trained outside this state except
for the legal training requirement.  The bill confirms that a
peace officer certified pursuant to Chapter 590 RSMo. must be
trained in Missouri law.
