HB 3 -- Presidential Primary Elections Sponsor: Dugger This bill repeals the provision requiring a statewide presidential preference primary to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in February any year in which a presidential election is held and requires the primary to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in March of each presidential election year.
