HB 207 -- Automated Red Light Enforcement Systems

This bill prohibits any county, city, town, village,
municipality, state agency, or other political subdivision that
is authorized to issue traffic tickets from using an automated
red light enforcement system as specified in the bill at any
intersection within its jurisdiction.  However, such a system may
be used in a school, construction, or work zone.
