HB 1449 -- Special License Plate Sponsor: Bruns This bill allows for a special license plate for members of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. To obtain the special plate, individuals must obtain an emblem-use authorization statement from the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers Educational Foundation ($25 contribution) and present it to the Department of Revenue along with a payment of a $15 fee in addition to the registration fee and any other documents required by law. Revenue from contributions will be used solely for the purpose of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers Educational Foundation.
