REP. TED FARNEN

90th General Assembly

Rep. Ted Farnen, a Democrat, represents parts of Audrain, Boone, and Callaway counties (District 21) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Farnen is a writer. He is a former newspaper reporter and also worked as a communications specialist for the Missouri Senate.

Rep. Farnen is a member of the Mexico Noon Lions Club and Mexico Jaycees. He also participates in the Audrain County Democrat Club, Audrain County Historical Society, Boone County Muleskinners, MU Alumni Association, Travelers Protective Association, and the Democratic Leadership Council. He also serves on the advisory board of the Arthur Center in Mexico and the Advanced Technology Center in Mexico.

A graduate of St. Brendan Catholic School and Mexico High School, Rep. Farnen holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Born September 3, 1965, Rep. Farnen currently resides in Mexico.
