Current Bill Summary
SB 910 - This act allow community colleges to use their
local matching funds for state repair and maintenance funding
under Section 163.191.2, RSMo, for salaries directly related to
maintenance and repair projects. Current law prohibits use of
the local match funding to pay salaries of any kind.
