HB 2109 -- Taxation:  Tax Credit for Mentoring Program

Sponsor:  Kennedy

This bill expands the sponsorship and mentoring program tax
credit by allowing taxpayers to take eligible tax credits
against insurance premiums tax and financial institutions tax.

The bill also clarifies that the tax credits from the program
cannot be taken against withholding taxes.
