HB 1909 -- Prevailing Wage

Co-Sponsors:  Sallee, Berkstresser, Marble, Secrest

This bill allows political subdivisions located in or comprising
any county with an assessed valuation of less than $300 million,
upon voter approval, to exclude any public works project from
the prevailing wage law.
