Biography:
Representative Jacob W. Hummel, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis City (District 81) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Hummel has 12 years of experience as a Union Electrician and is a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Rep. Hummel attends Saint Stephen Protomartyr Catholic Church. He also is a member of the Carondelet Community Betterment Federation, Holly Hills Improvement Association, Boulevard Heights Neighborhood Association and the Dutchtown South Community Corporation.

Rep. Hummel is a 1994 graduate of St. Mary’s Catholic High School.

Born May 24, 1976 in St. Louis, Rep. Hummel currently resides in St. Louis City. He has a son, Timothy.
