AN ACT

To amend chapter 313, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to excursion gambling boats.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 313, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 313.849, to read as follows:

            313.849. No excursion gambling boat, as defined in section 313.800, shall be subject to more stringent or restrictive smoking ordinances or rules enacted by a local political subdivision than those to which any other excursion gambling boat within a seventy-five mile radius is subject.
